Back in 2015 when Addison went off to college, I had posted pictures of her new dorm room that we had decorated. I had so many people asking about her headboard that Matt made, I decided to write a tutorial on how to make one! I still laugh when I think about telling Matt “hey you could totally start a dorm decor business and make these headboards”. He said real quick “don’t ever volunteer me to make these ever again” Hahahah… Not that it was super hard, it was just very time consuming, like an entire weekend on just one headboard. Anyways, I made a step by step guide to making your own on my photography blog, then i pinned it on pinterest. That’s when it went viral!
